DancePot offers studio rental services to cater to your different needs – be it for personal use, for the community or for your company event, our studios can be rented for either rehearsals, performances, auditions, photo shoots, theater or workshops. DancePot has two fully-equipped studios available for short-term and long-term rental at an affordable price when not in used.

STUDIO 1
Measuring over 800 sqft and can accommodate up to 15 dancers comfortably. Our dance floor rests on a system of high-density rubber underlays and laminate wood flooring. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with barres, mirrors, inbuilt changing room and sound system compatible for CD, USB devices, iPod and iPhone. This studio overlooks the street with many windows for natural lighting and ventilation.

	Standard Rate:	RM 100 per hour
	Long-Term Rate:	RM 90 per hour

STUDIO 2
This is a mini-studio measuring only over 200 sqft and can accommodate up to 5 dancers comfortably. All our dance floor rests on a system of high-density rubber underlays and laminate wood flooring. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with barres, mirrors, inbuilt changing room and sound system compatible for CD, USB devices, iPod, iPhone and iPad. This studio comes with a fantastic view overlooking a big lake with many windows for natural lighting and ventilation.

	Standard Rate:	RM 50 per hour
	Long-Term Rate:	RM 40 per hour

RENTAL POLICIES
The following are the terms and conditions that apply to the rental of studios from DancePot.

• All bookings must be made at least one (1) week before the studio is needed and subject to availability and approval.
• Bookings can be made via email (ann@dancepot.my), telephone (+6012-3800 299) or in person.
• Full payments is required at time of booking.
• Cancellations must be made within 48 hours in advance in order to receive credit valid for future rentals, otherwise, the reserved studio must be paid for in full.
• Rental time must be respected as studio usage may be back to back with another rental.
• Renters must vacate the studios promptly at the conclusion of rental period, removing all tape markings, personal belongings, etc., from the studio, or else a surcharge will be applied.
• No food or drink except for bottled water is permitted in the studios.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the premise.
• Street shoes are not permitted in the studios
• Any damage to the equipments or facilities will be charged to the renter.
