Whether you're feeling stressed or just need more energy to do the things you love, Yoga is the answer. Yoga helps you to reconnect with your energy, bring every cell and muscle back to life and lift your heart. It gives you time to be with yourself every week — observing, learning something new, feeling your body getting stronger, squeezing out tense muscles and calming down.

The system of yoga believes that healing "life energy" is absorbed into the body through the breath and can treat a wide variety of illnesses and complaints for many conditions, including back pain, stress and depression. Your age, flexibility or past experience does not matter - anyone can do Yoga! Our classes are designed for beginners, experienced yoga students and everyone in between. There are still a lot of misconceptions about Yoga being a religion. Yoga is NOT a religion. It is more of a set of techniques for us to find spirituality and being practiced by a lot of people from different faiths and beliefs.

At Dance Pot, our yoga classes are small and you get personal attention. Our instructor walks around and helps to adjust your postures, explains what body parts are affected by the poses, helps you by feeling the breath in your body, feeling the effects of different movements, feeling your muscles relax and get stronger. YOGA 1
There are various different types of yoga, but all work towards the same goal. That is, they all seek to unify the mind, spirit, and body; and to increase strength and flexibility. Asanas, or physical postures, are emphasized when the body is out of shape, in need of healing, or not flexible enough. In this class, we mix the elements of Hatha Yoga with Gentle Flow to create a soft, fluid class appropriate for all levels. It focuses on alignment and adjustments, an invigorating flow of fluid movements linking poses sequentially and breathing techniques. From time-to-time, we also practice and explore Partner Yoga where two or more people joining together to deepen the impact and experience of a yoga practice. In Partner Yoga, we get to laugh, confess and collaborate at the same time.

瑜伽有许多不同的门派,但是大家的最终目标都是一致的,就是能自我控制,驾驭自己的身体与心灵。瑜伽不但对肉体所能触及的肌肉和骨骼有益,也能促进神经及内分泌系统,强化各个器官功能。强健身体及增加柔软度。体位法是瑜伽中的一种动作,它影响身体各个层面,它们活络肌肉和神经系统,强壮僵硬的韧带与肌腱,使关节灵敏并且按摩内部组织。在这堂初级班上,导师会依据学员的能力及要求而组成的瑜伽流程,并且注重在调整体态及呼吸法。让大家能在缓慢的动作中,身体持续姿势并保持放松。偶尔,导师也会融入双人瑜伽的动作,让两人共同协作,彼此协助完成一些单人无法进行或比较难实现的瑜伽动作。让课堂上添加色彩及欢笑,让彼此互相信任。

YOGA 2
Now that you have mastered the beginning stages of Yoga, enjoying the rewards it brings to your body, mind and spirit, you are ready to take the next step! Then it is probably time to incorporate some intermediate poses into your repertoire. In this class, it will introduces you to more challenging poses; the foundation of an intermediate practice, while enhancing the familiar poses with more detail. You may find some of these poses quite easy and others nearly impossible. Don't get discouraged by this. Remember, Yoga is a process and there are no deadlines. You have a lifetime to improve your strength and flexibility.

若您已经掌握好瑜伽的基础,那么必须先感谢自己的坚持与热诚,也是时候准备进入下一个阶段。在这堂课上,导师会把中级的体位法融入流程内,让大家可以尝试新事物以及挑战较高难度的动作。当然,练习瑜伽并不可着急,学员可以先从简单的瑜伽动作开始而慢慢地进入较高难度的动作。在这里也让大家学习如何掌握好动作的变化以及中级班的姿势。记得,别轻易放弃练习。瑜伽是永无此境的,也没有截此日期。学习聆听自己的身体来练习瑜伽以及提高柔软度和让身体更健壮。

AERIAL YOGA 1
Aerial Yoga uses a fabric hammock to provide support for a total body conditioning and stretching activities with low stress on joints. Aerial Yoga teaches coordination and concentration and takes yoga poses to a new level, making usually challenging poses easier to achieve for those who have difficulties with traditional yoga progressions. It utilizes the benefits of gravity, core balance and body weight training as compared to the usual yoga classes, making it a rewarding and fun exercise with numerous therapeutic and physiological benefits.

YOGA FIT
An intensive mixture of Pilates, Yoga and Cardio inspired workouts that will sculpt your body, scorch calories, define your core and improve flexibility. Yoga Fit is an exercise method combining the strength of Pilates, the flexibility of Yoga and the intensity of cardio exercises. It combines the best things from these three “proven to be successful” exercise systems by sequencing the movements so that you are always moving and burning fat at the same time.

YOGA CORE
Yoga Core class takes traditional yoga and incorporates props such as elastic bands for muscle activation on the core area. This class will start off students to rebuild the correct breathing patterns by focusing to their state of breathing movements. Students will then benefit from increased flexibility, a stronger core, smaller waist, pelvic correction, spinal and pelvic stability and bone matrix muscle activation.

PILATES 1
Pilates is a physical fitness system that was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. Pilates has a focus on the core which can basically be thought of as the ‘powerhouse’ of your body. During Pilates movements, the focus on strengthening and lengthening the muscles at the same time produces long, lean, strong overall muscle tone that doesn't create bulk. You can expect overall slimming, greatly improved flexibility and increased mobility, even in just a short space of time. Alignment and postural correction will have you holding yourself differently, standing taller, sitting straighter and moving with better balance and coordination.
